Because lingerie is worn next to skin, and it is not easy to tell if it have been worn or washed or not while the gift box is unwrapped (Please note that our lingerie are sent in sealed packages!), to avoid infection, we currently cannot accept RETURN and EXCHANGE if there’s no problem with quality.
All our products are sold once, which means if there’re any returns or exchanges, they’re not resalable.

Canceling Your Order:
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it later, please email us at service@crystalsexylingerie.com ASAP. Our friendly customer service will do all that we can to stop the order from being processed or shipped. .But there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time. If it is stopped in time before delivery, a 5% service fee will be deducted from the refund amount. If your order has been dispatched, we will have no way to cancel it. You can return the parcel without unwrapped received for a refund. Once we receive the item back (shipping charges must be paid by customer), we'll arrange a refund (original shipping charges are non-refundable) in 7 working days.
